A safe choice close to center, and many restaurants and attractions.

Perfect location, very friendly staff and nice breakfast

Restaurant was only open for breakfast. Not all rooms have balconies so make sure you choose or ask for one if you need it.

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent so we could walk everywhere. Staff very helpful

Bar closed. Sometime would have been nice to comeback from sightseeing and have a drink at the hotel. No communal area to sit

Excellent value for money.

Location was excellent close to attractions and excellent restaurants and bars. Small hotel with friendly staff who were happy to arrange transport to and from airport/attractions. We didnt use the restaurant but it looked very nice for breakfast. Communication with the hotel prior to our visit was excellent

Good breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Location of hotel is perfect. In walking distance of all that Krakow offers. It is very quiet location.

our stay was A1 perfect.

it was warm and cosy and clean also close to a lot of good bars and restaurants.

it could have done with the bar opened but not essential. otherwise nothing.

Clean, comfortable and modern hotel in a great location

Clean, comfortable and modern room. Its in a great location in the Jewish quarter, a few minutes walk to the synagogues, the Jewish museum and some great restaurants. Its a mile from the main market square. Ive stayed in both locations and I preferred this as its quieter and less touristy and the restaurants were better - better food and cheaper.

Lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities but the mugs were tiny! A bigger towel would have been nice. But these are very small complaints.
