The best place to stay in Vienna, run by the most amazing hosts!

The location is amazing, about 2 minutes on foot from the train station. The room was VERY warm, which was fantastic as I stayed in December. The best part of the stay was the service from the hosts: the two gentlemen and the lady I have met are the kindest, loveliest, and most amazing people ever! They went out of their way to make my stay great (I had a cold and they would happily make the tea for me at night, which was so appreciated!); they also stored my luggage for me for half a day after the check out. Breakfast was fantastic as well: eggs, cheese, cold meats, fresh bread rolls, cereal, fruit, cake, etc. Great stay. Thank you for a wonderful time I had in Vienna!

Very central and amazing for the price

The location was amazing, very central but still not loud (sometimes you could hear from the room some people throwing rubbish, but I guess it depends on where the room is located and in any case it was not annoying). There was a fridge in the room which allowed us to store some drinks and snacks during our stay, was really nice. The room quite spacious!

The bathroom could use some maintenance. More variety for breakfast would be nice.

Fine for younger travellers

Good location for a young couple as you could walk to the city centre in around 15-20 mins. Towels and hairdryer were provided free of charge. Complimentary breakfast was a great bonus.

The sheets werent especially clean. It felt like the staff were constantly watching you, which was quite uncomfortable. At one point, somebody knocked on our door and, without awaiting a response, unlocked the door to let themselves in. I had not long gotten out of the shower and so I was not fully dressed, which was quite uncomfortable. The staff member stated they had come to change the bin and then when we said we had no rubbish, they left. Also, we consider ourselves respectful guests so were disappointed to have staff knock on our door in the middle of the day (not even during quiet hours, it was around 12 noon) to tell us to be quiet. We were not especially noisy at all, but we were the closest room to the front desk so perhaps this was the reason.

Nice friendly hotel.

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very convinient for catching the Cat train. We were allowed to deliver our luggage before the room was ready.

The 20 Euro charge for checking in late. The rubbish collection at 7am was very noisy.

A good way to experience Vienna is to experience their daily life. This is the right place.

Few minutes walk from transport hub. A small shopping mall with food and supermarket. Few stops from train station and old town. Nothing to complain of. It is mend by a family I supposed who are very friendly. Although my room door is hard to open but once you have master the tactics. It will be as simple as ABC. Breakfast is normal but that is enough for me to last for few hours. Before leaving, the boss still have me a gift which is a surprise for me. Lastly this is not a place for someone who is expecting hotel standard as this is more for people who wants to experience daily life of Vienna people

Very good

The location was excellent with easy access to all public transportation to sight see around Vienna. Clean room and good breakfast.

The tiny elevator and multiple steps to room made navigating luggage a bit difficult. The decor was quite dated.

Very nice hotel

I really liked it. As I was there for just one night alone it was enough, had a nice room, everything clean, bathroom perfect, morning breakfast are not the biggest in choices but also it was absolutely enough for me and I enjoyed. Stuff was very nice, check in and out were no problem and as I booked in forward price was absolutely lovely. There was no problem to leave the hotel in the nighttime and getting back there. And there is nothing to say about location... You can get literally everywhere. I felt nice and comfortable to be honest as I didn't have a big requests.
