Great location, beautiful hotel and very nice staff!!

The location was really perfect!! I was travelling alone and felt safe the whole time. Really nice restaurants and bars near!

My room did not have a window, but everything else was just perfect!

Overpriced.

It was very attractive and the room really had everything you needed.

The sink in the kitchen area didnt work. Rooms are very tight and have no exterior windows. They had an extremely unusual practice of requiring the room key every time you left it ( even to go to the restaurant). The bar upstairs was not open (which is listed as one of the properties attractions).

Add heat and new bathrooms, for a five star hotel!

Friendly wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast in a lovely restaurant on the roof, large sitting area, and one of the rooms we were staying in. Fantastic location on a quiet street and right across from a beautiful park.

Showers and bathrooms need to be updated. One of the rooms we were in the shower nozzle did not work so the water pressure was very unsatisfactory as a result. Also staying there at the end of November it was very cold. There was no heat in the room only small heaters.

The room was cold and the sink did not work. The plumbing was completely unattached to the sink.

Exceptional

Wonderful location and perfect rooms!

The location is unbeatable in the heart of Condesa! So close to fabulous restaurants, cafes, and more. The staff were lovely and the terrace restaurant (breakfast included) was really gorgeous. The room was super cute and perfect size. I was surprised it also had a little kitchenette area with nespresso!
