Generally I had a nice time

customer care was good; orders were not delayed.

Everything was almost fine but the room and the bed had bed burgs which made me uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel for family stay. Close to all the visiting places.

The ambiance is superb. Staff are fantastic and caring . Really helpful. They maintained everything as required. Close to city centre, Delhi railway station. All good .

Convenient but not comforrable place to stay with family

Location is convenient for travellers.

Entrance to the lobby and reception not inviting. Even the signage of the hotel is not good. There is no restaurant attached. Only room service. Price of food is very high.
