My stay would have been better if the A/C would not be spilling water , less breakfast menu items.

Room size & location

Room size was ok but the room no 207 A/C was leaking water and it was spilling on the also the if the customer didn't say for room cleaning than does not mean that room service will not do his/her cleaning job. Also increase the menu in Breakfast. Your hotel price & Radisson stay price had a difference of 1500 only when i booked my stay at your hotel.

Beautiful rooms but communication is difficult!

Upgraded to family suite (306) comprising bedroom with ensuite bathroom and TV, and separate sitting room with second TV and toilet. It was really spacious with curtains that had great coverage and perfectly shut out light, and the stunning bathrooms. Shiny marble floors throughout. Hotel is located close to Thrissur Railway Station.

Difficulty in communicating as staff had limited knowledge of English leading to some misunderstandings. Bathroom floor gets slippery so care needs to be taken when showering. Lighting in restaurant is very bright in the evening and it lacks ambience. Maybe some soft indian music would help instead of the large wall TV! The restaurant serves wine and beer as per the large sign outside advertising "Bar", but on our first night we were told there was none - one of those misunderstandings!

If they have made the dry area of the bath a little higher, there won't be overflow of water to that area. There were some insects in the room, which was very uncomfortable.

Felt like a beggar staying in their house after making payment to them

Hotel facilities are okay type. Food also not bad.

The most arrogant and belligerent staff. Right from the check in point, not found a single staff having a service oriented attitude. They behave like youre begging them for help. Booking made for Rs 2500+T but they billed 2750+T. The person look like a room boy didnt even stand up to help carrying the check in bag. They simply gave room keys and breakfast coupon at check in, and left everything to me including finding out the room and hotel facilities. Horrible experience

I stayed six months ago and it was nice. So I booked again. It was disappointing. Dirty room,used bathmat, room smells bad, room service was disappointing,staff attitude was disturbing.
