Convenient comfortable place that needs some upgrading

Pool area was once very hip but now is looking really tired. Hot tub was not 100% clean or hot.

I didnt love the location and the hotel restaurant was way overpriced

Comfy and friendly with fabulous pool.

Comfy. Bright. Beautiful pool. Great place for pups. Yummy food.

It would have been helpful to have basic need items for sale.

Great hotel in Santa Cruz. Great Value, stylish, comfortable.

Have stayed at the Paradox several time .Nice hotel in a good location in Santa Cruz, we are fans. Rooms are very comfy and clean. Amenities are great, restaurant is also very good.

Pleasant

Too many hidden caveats. Parking charge was 25$, not 10$ It said breakfast included but we got a voucher for the restaurant which barely covered half of the cost.
