Great rooms. They gave us adjacent double and triple rooms on the fourth floor. Rooms were large and quiet with good showers. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is close to train and rental car and a short walk to popular sites.

All around great stay :)

The location was convenient to the transportation stations, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was beautiful and clean, very accommodating staff during the stay and with holding our bags before check in and after check out. All around great stay :)

If I had to pick one thing (which didnt even bother me) it would be the paper thin walls just like every other hotel weve stayed in throughout Europe.

Excellent secure password protected WIFI. Breakfast had many healthy choices. Large room and full size shower. Close to buses to get to the airport.

I enjoyed my stay and I was super happy with the location and care and cleanliness of the hotel.

I loved how helpful the staff are. Especially Andrea, Marco and Stefano. They were kind and thoughtful with their help. The room I was provided had a bidet. I enjoyed the spacious toilet as well. The bed room was an awkward shape but it was perfect for me. They also provided water, both sparking and normal alongside tea and coffee free of charge in the hotel. For a 3 star hotel, this is quite hard to find. It was relaxing knowing I had water at night and didnt need to go hunt for any or bring any back with me.

I didnt like the mattress. Not very comfortable. It was hard waking up with mild pain and discomfort because of the firmness of the mattress.

The staff is really friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee available for the guests as well as water in the fridge. The location is great for those coming by bus to Piazzale Roma as it is only a very short walk. There is a luggage storage available so you can continue sightseeing after checkout and pick up your luggage later on. Depending on your reservation, the breakfast may come with additional charge. Its nice, standard hotel breakfast but would recommend one of the small cafes for more local experience.

The price is high enough so the breakfast should have been included in.

Wonderful

Excellent professional staff, very clean, the family room is very spacious, we enjoyed our balcony facing the canals. best bed we slept in italy , room decor was nice and elegant and close to the st lucia train station about 9 min walk. A bit far from st mark square but we enjoyed the walks everyday thru the venice canals and and bridges it gave us the opportunity to explore and take nice photos. Very safe area.
