The Novotel Sevilla is a well-located hotel with a lot of nearby amenities. Guests appreciate the fast and welcoming check-in and the beautiful design of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfort (Read More)able, and the breakfast is amazing. Although the hotel may not be the most modern or new, it is well-maintained and clean. The staff is described as very nice and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently situated near a shopping centre and within a 20-minute walk to the old town. Overall, it offers a pleasant stay.

Spacious Comfort with Minor Hiccups
Everything was superb during my stay at the hotel, with the exception of the bed size and the parking experience. Having previously stayed at the Novotel in Rotterdam, this one in Sevilla lived up to my expectations in many ways. The room's temperature was perfectly maintained, and the Rituals bathroom products were a delightful touch. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed, except for slippers. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
However, there were a few downsides. The bed size at 160cm felt quite small, especially considering the room could easily accommodate a king-size bed. The parking process was quite cumbersome. Unlike at another Novotel where I received barrier cards upon arrival, here I had to call at two barriers for exit and struggled to communicate in Spanish with the staff managing the mall parking, which was not directly affiliated with the hotel. Another option was to repeatedly go up to reception to validate the parking ticket, which was quite time-consuming and inconvenient. Additionally, aside from the reception staff, the hotel personnel did not speak English, making communication difficult for those not fluent in Spanish

Lovely cosy comfortable stay
Breakfast was amazing, good variety, suggestion to have more for vegetarians, excellent location, depending who you speak to most staff were amazing super helpful, we used the luggage locker, they called us a taxi, although driver charged us 3 euros more, room was cosy spacious
Depending on the staff you spoke to the service was inconsistent one member was abrupt

The staff is very helpful; the breakfast has enough options.
After 9 it was very crowded in the breakfast area and we had to wait for a table around 10 min. The room was clean, but outdated. Overall, in my opinion, very expensive for what we got as a 4 star hotel.
