Would easily do it all again.

It had all the comforts and necessities of home.

Key to one of the outside doors didnt open from the inside. One had to stretch his arm through burglar gate to open from outside.

Amazing view average facilities

View is amazing, restaurants are walking distance.Beach and Tidel pool amazing

Aircon didn't work, fridge didn't work food went off,main bathroom shower looks amazing but everything in there is broken, cleaning staff very rude paid for full service 2nd day they didn't clean properly or even complete the cleaning. After one day of rain the front glass section was leaking the property management team sent buckets but seems to have been a problem before. They also bought new misting fans but surely the Aircon should be fixed. According to couple reviews this was a issue before. Pots very old one pot actually had a hole. All the oil leaked out before we even started cooking. Overall an amazing place if all of the above is fixed. With all of the above not even a compensation was approved.

Nice location on the beach close to the caffe and a restaurant

On the street, felt a bit unsafe. Lots of people partying and making noise all night. The pool wasnt clean and not very accessible

Idwala tides 105

Stepping out into the beach Spacious rooms. Great location, not an isolated area, and it is easy to navigate to the location. Some of the security guards were very friendly and helpful. They helped to direct traffic into and out of the parking bays. Restaurants within walking distance, convenience store at a filling station, a SPAR with a free delivery and a mall nearby. The Admins were flexible with the checkout time.

The monkeys . not being able to open some windows (not because of the monkeys). The apartment was advertised to accommodate 10 people, but the sleeping arrangements were tricky for 8 people. I thought the sleeper couch would accommodate 2 people ( a new sleeper couch was delivered, so it might be bigger than the current one).

Amazing Apartment

Fantastic view of the Ocean. The Apartment is on the Beach front. Opposite the tidal pool. Best location ever. The rooms newly renovated and very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Basement parking and lift's.

Load shedding is a problem. Unfortunately no inverter for lights and television.

Beach home rental . Perfect for family vacations

Lance assisted us with directions to the place after hours as we drove from pretoria to durban and was delayed due to road works . There was safe parking and a 24 hour guard. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. You could walk out and straight onto the beach . This helped with little kids as they always forget thier toys and getting back to the unit was easy.

I don't have a negative experience . Everything was perfect
