HOPELESS

Only bathroom was clean.

No proper room heating system during this horrible winter, no proper hot water, no door calling bell, no TV remote(not replaced at all until our departure), torn bed spread and pillow cover, no restaurant, food brought from outside and served in the room...no choice of breakfast except sandwich and paratha. ..all NO. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR ZERO FACILITIES? CAN THE MANAGEMENT EXPLAIN? WASTE OF MONEY. ONE OF THE WORST EVER HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED IN OUR LIFE. NO DOUBT.

good hotel and comfortable stay

Rooms were spacious and clean, bedding and linens were good.

Food cost is a bit higher, breakfast should have been included in the cost.

It would be ok if the cost is 2.5k per day beyond that it is very costly for worth of money.

Room near station

Water bottle provided for one day only rest all chargeable for 4 days stay, room cleaning is not dome daily. Access is pretty narrow and no taxi would come for pick up. More on money as even for normal complementary things are cost here. I am not sure on 3 star rating.

Great staff, needs some love

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent and bed comfy.

Whole place felt tired and grubby. No ones fault but so noisy at night

Superb

The stay was an absolute delight.

The property is good and clean. The rooms as you enter smell so nice and everything was clean.

Only thing that I didnt like was it had central water heating and since we were waking up early at 5 am and heading out at 7 am we had to call the reception to switch on the heating. Its not even a big of a deal honestly. But thats the only thing we found was the issue.
