I found staff were friendly. Thank you so much.

Breakfast is okay. Because that was buffet breakfast.

I found hair in the bedroom and smell. The bathroom is narrow where we were Unable to shower properly because we have to use bathtub for the shower.

Great location but beds uncomfortable

Location great, close to food and essentials and lots of shopping and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coin laundry on site was very handy and easy to use.

Beds and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable! Our stay was five nights and I dreaded bedtime. Being forced to stop on level 2 in the elevator every time was really annoying.

Wonderful hotel, facilities and staff. The location is perfect. It's very close to a subway station and bus stops as well.

Pleasant experience

Beautiful hotel with all you would expect from a hotel. Great breakfast, highly recommend to book it the night before. Very helpful and professional staff.

The elevator stops on the 2nd floor EVERY time you go up or down. Far from Kyoto station and a bit of a hassle to find out which bus to take to the hotel.

Great Place to Stay!

Large rooms with comfortable beds. Walking distance to Nishiki market. Easily reached via the Hankyu Line from Osaka. Lots of eateries nearby with not 1 but 2 supermarkets flanking the hotel entrance!

Fantastic Hotel!

Large spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Within walking distance to Nishikujotoriiguchicho market and easily accessed from Osaka via the Hankyu Line. Staff was very helpful.
