Very good

Location .....Sea View. A few steps to the beach. A choice of more than 1 pool. Large rooms. Restsurant on site and Bar. On site parking......a bonus in this area.

Service in bar and restsurant slow. The time to wait for our food was very long. 45 min.

They lost one of our reservations even though we had confirmation emails. It took half a day for them to resolve it. We asked for beds to be separated over 10 times before it happened.

Awesome view with lovely staff

Not much choice from the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You basically get the same thing for breakfast everyday. Very little options for kids.

It was a good stay

Our bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing. The ladies from the breakfast buffet excellent service and the food was great.that one guy from the bar also treated everyone the same.

The sliding door in our room had some noise on windy days due to an opening.. so it did not close properly.could not use the bathtub because the water could not fill up due to not being able to close.

Beautiful place which I definitely need more time to stay at.

The Bay Hotel is well positioned and what a view. You can walk out the Hotel onto the beach or sip cocktails at the pool watching the hustle and bustle out on the Main Street of Campsbay.
