Superb

For an old world charm and aesthetic Monna Lisa is great. Its also very central.

Centrally located and has a great old world charm. Its a walk back in time. The staff were very helpful. Laura was exceptionally good and attentive. The breakfast was a good spread. The croissants were delicious. Deepa from the dining room was very warm and courteous.

The WiFi was patchy and Room 19 near the road was super noisy at night. And no ACs. Were told theyll be renovating the room. But all else was great.

Location and staff are awesome.

Our room was too hot! We opened the window and were bitten by mosquitoes every night.

Exceptional

The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms and specially bathrooms very clean and comfortable. The location is very good to walk to the Uffizy and Academy museums, both must see places. The staff was nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean and memorable.

People in this hotel were so excellent. The room was very clean and gorgeous. Plus, the small garden in center of building was more than expected. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
