Exceptional

A delightful experience

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the terrace was just amazing a perfect spot to unwind. The room had a modern feel, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was exceptional making us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. Plus, there were plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not many choices, and it didn't quite live up to the rest of the stay.

Great location and comfortable room

- Frustrating experience. When we arrived we were told by the reception we would have breakfast included. Upon checking out, we were demanded to pay for breakfast (42 euro/3 people). If we knew it was not included in our stay, we would much prefer to have breakfast somewhere else and enjoy the city. - bad water pressure in the shower

Central location, staff were very helpful and room was clean and quiet. Liked that we had a little balcony. Can heat and cool the room.

Nothing major - bit more water pressure on shower. Couldn't work the coffee machine.

Very clean, new hotel with perfect location in the centre of Bologna with easy access anywhere

If you want a quite hotel there might be an issue since outside is quite loud because of the central location and the rooms are not really soundproof

Superb

I loved staying at this hotel and felt very much at home and already looking forward to come back.

Room was exactly on the picture, very spacious, beautiful and cozy terrace, excellent bathroom, comfortable mattress, and big bed. The location of the hotel is perfect. walking distance from the central station where you can grab a train to everywhere. A stone throw to Venice, Milan, Florence, etc.... for a day visit. All the shops are around the hotel, the Piazza Maggiore is also very close.

The breakfast choices are a bit limited but as I am not a breakfast fan I didn't care. In fact I skipped breakfast for 2 days. Presentation of the breakfast products is beautiful, very nice detailed decoration, the breakfast staff are very nice and friendly.

A good stay in a great location for exploring the city.

It was in a great location

Bed uncomfortable and pillows very hard. The bed was not made during our stay although we were given clean towels every day. The apartment / studio was quite separate from the hotel so no facilities on site.

5 star rooms at 4 star prices.

This hotel surpassed all our expectations. We had a Beautiful dual aspect deluxe room with terrace room 305. The location and design are both excellent.
