Hotel Meteor Plaza Prague is highly recommended for its excellent location, walking distance to train station, town square, and attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is d (Read More)elicious with a wide range of choices. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The hotel is close to malls, supermarkets, and major city highlights. The staff is accommodating and speaks flawless English. Only downside is the small and old-fashioned rooms, although they are clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great choice for a visit to Prague.

Location and breakfast were good. Most of the staff were very helpful, except for my first room (like a cave) but staff were very helpful and nice to find me a better room. However. one staff person, Vladimir who was to help me with the safe in my second room, was quite rude to me. I asked for his name after my meeting with him because I wanted to be able to name him to the management. There was no reason for him to be so rude to a customer.

My first room (like a cave) was very uncomfortable....but staff were very helpful and nice to me to find a better room for the last 6 days of my visit. Location: Just a short walking distance away from major attractions & Christmas markets. Many close-by restaurants. A couple of close-by banks to exchange money. Room: The actual room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Cute inner courtyard view with a Christmas tree. Breakfast: Absolutely phenomenal!!! Lots of vegetarian options too.

We were booked for a room for 1 night(2adults +1 child). Description of the room was either 2 single beds or 1 double bed. As my child was under 6 years old he wasn't countered so I was just hoping to get 2 single beds so at least one person can sleep comfortably or I may need to sleep on the floor I thought. When we went into the room, I was surprised that we were given a family room, there were 2 single beds and 1 double bed. So we had a comfortable night. Thank you.

We were collected by a pick-up service and dropped off at the hotel so something like city taxi fee? we had to pay. It was just couple of euros but i didn't know about it at the time of booking.

The room is quite large, good condition Good location, close to the sightseeingspots

The lobby had some artificial smell. Im sensitive and allergic to artificial smell so it was a bit uncomfortable. But the room had no such strong smell so it was ok.
