Superb

Beautiful view from roof top restaurant. Awesome location near coliseum and not far from train station. Hotel is across from 3rd largest church in Rome. Tub was perfect. Plenty of hot and cold water, firm king size bed. Breakfast had large selection and most foods very good.

Only control over room temperature was opening a window. Shower facet dripped.

Great facility and location for two night visit in Rome.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional - wonderful selection of items and held in a beautiful rooftop restaurant with wonderful views of Rome. The location across from the Santa Maria Maggiore church was excellent for exploring this part of Rome.

The location was great i did not have to rent a car or use Uber, i was just walking because the location was good, the room was great and clean.

Breakfast was delicious however they seem not to have many options of the food.

Great location, comfortable and traditional hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent location, easy to get around. Delicious breakfast, with a very good selection available. A lovely, traditional hotel. Wonderful view from the roof.

Not much to dislike but it does feel like it needs a bit of fresh paint/wallpaper/carpet in places.

I have stayed at the Mecenate many times. It is my favorite hotel in Rome. The location is perfect, the hotel is wonderful and the staff is exceptional.
