They did not clean the room. There's a woman intimate left in bathroom by a previous customer, They did not clean/check the room before hosting ne customer. Thus, they refused to provide a solution for this matter, instead they just took the panty away and pretend nothing has happened. Awful.

Hotel Morgan

Excellent location, nice staffing, the price is okay. This was our second time staying at this location. The first time we were on the second floor and it was quiet compared to this time. I would recommend this place for the reasons above.

The bed is way too soft for people with back issues. And the room was on the first floor which was not ideal as we could hear everything from the room above us, the footsteps, people yelling among other things. I would not recommend staying on the first floor. Also the room we had was not the same room we looked at on booking.com.

Always a great visit to Vieux Quebec

Perfect location. Clean and quiet room. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom. Fast check in. Pay parking 3 minute walk from Hotel. You are in the Heart of Old Quebec!

No restaurant on site but we knew this beforehand and all kinds of places to eat within seconds or minutes from the hotel. No complaints . We booked here for the location and the nice room was great.
