Hotel is at good location covering majar tourist attractions and local market. Staff was very cooperative. Late check-out was allowed. Overall a good experience.

I like that they got us checked in early in the morning even though our timing to check in was 12am

We reached at the property in the early morning after checking when we entered the room there was a very bad smell in the room that we could not breathe. Any how we got ready and left for the city. When we came back in the evening the owner denied us to use the AC even though we booked fully AC room and even after requesting the customer he wasn't ready to listen. In the room quilt was not clean room had very bad smell. This is the worst experience with the mental harrasment by the owner. Also no electricity was there

The staff are kind and polite, confortable bed, good location and beautiful rooms. You can ask hot water to take a shower any time.

The top roof wasnt working and we needed take breakfast inside the room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Madiram Palace in Udaipur and overall, it was a decent experience. Although the restaurant was not operational during my stay, the staff was helpful in providing recommendations for other dining options nearby. The hotel also offered a common drinking water dispenser in the lobby for guests' convenience. Despite these minor setbacks, the peaceful and calm atmosphere of the hotel made for a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a decent and tranquil stay in Udaipur.

good location but they didnt have the facilities as they advertised.

staff was not available at all times. When we checked in they booked our room to somebody else and told us that they cannot give us the room. after few minutes they gave it to us but it was a nightmare as we reached hotel late at night. Hot water on request only.
