It was magnificent

Alisha was incredible. Immediately made me feel at home and went way above and beyond to give me a good experience. Could not have had a better time at the Majestic, and I cant wait to come back!

Majestic Indeed!

Ventured up after hearing the city was cleaned up and -yes - it was clean and felt safe. As for the room, everything was perfect, especially the front desk staff. Stately building very well maintained. Daily room service a rare treat these days. Artwork impressive and the Big Band music soothing and uplifting. Ambiance took us back in time. I could go on and on about the little things that added up to a joyous, inviting atmosphere. Hope to return soon.

Just what my daughter and I were looking for. Unpretentious, dated decor but great

Great location within easy walking distance of the cable car to the sights. Nice helpful staff. Bathtubs in en suite bathrooms.

Maybe hot breakfast could be made available at extra charge?

Great stay

The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. The breakfast was great. When my shower broke down and only dispensed extremely hot or extremely cold water, I notified the staff in the morning and it was fixed by the time I came back in the evening.

The room with the water dispenser sometimes was unavailable due to private parties.

This hotel is very staff friendly, location is excellent, and we love the old charm of the building.

The building is beautiful, old charm. The location is excellent.

The location is wonderful. On the prize is pretty reasonable for San Francisco.

The hotel Is not like in the photos.. It's very old, not well maintained, smells bad and definitely not clean. The Toilet is loose in the room, carpet disgusting...
