Very disappointed with this hotel - would not recommend.

It was close to La Alhambra the reason for our visit to Granada. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and shower good. Please note: While you can walk to La Alhambra from the hotel the road has no pavement in sections.

After breakfast (which was okay) we couldnt get anything to eat or drink at the hotel until 8pm! Eating before 8pm is unusual in Granada - didnt know this before our visit but frankly you should be able to eat at a hotel of this standard at anytime, the fact that we couldnt was unacceptable. So apart from breakfast we didnt eat at the hotel - we had nothing on the first evening and a Burger King at the local shopping centre on our second night, it was pretty much all that was available anywhere before 8pmall the restaurants were closed! Our room was too hot and we got very little sleep on our first night - the air conditioning would only provide heating according to reception staff so while we had set the controls to cool the a/c was in fact heating the room not cooling it! So we had to open the window and there was a lot of traffic noise outside. We would have cancelled our second night at the hotel if our drive home hadnt been so long. Mini bar was empty apart from two small bottles of water - that were not replaced when our room was cleaned. Television had only one channel - a German channel!

Very nice hotel in good location and excellent breakfast

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location if you want to explore the Alhambra and it's surroundings. It is also conveniently located with regards to visiting the town of Granada. The fact that our room had a balcony was an added bonus. The breakfast was also very good with a good variety of food to choose from.

The only downside was, that the parking space was relatively expensive.

Very enjoyable stay, staff very attentive. Only issue We had were the uncomfortable beds.

Breakfast was good, cleanliness was very good.

If i could change something I would say the mattreses in the rooms as they are very hard and uncomfortable. Another issue we had was that the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which was a shame as the room was very warm during the day

Highly recommend it!

Breakfast, staff and the rooms were excellent. There are two bus lines with which you can get to all the main attractions making this an all-rounder.

The thermostat seemed to not work, and extra blanket wouldve been great.

Pictures on Booking .com don't do justice to the hotel,in fact Hotel has modern infrastructure Clean and Tidy hotel Friendly staff Amazing Breakfast with huge variety Bus stop right in front of the hotel Alhambra place is 10 mins by car from the hotel

Amazing, comfortable, spacious and modern.

Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are very spacious which is ideal when you have kids. The location was great as its very close to the beach and 10/15 mins walk to the centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. They even gave us free teddy bears for the kids when we checked out!

Simple and clean hotel, well-suited for short stays and featuring good parking options.

The parking is spacious, accommodating even for those with their own cars (at 13.5 Euro per night). Location: Conveniently, there's a bus station directly in front of the hotel, providing easy access to the city centre. The bus journey takes roughly 20 minutes to reach the old town. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was satisfactory.

Not exactly a dislike, but worth noting: The hotel falls into the IBIS category, lacking in both charm and a warm welcome. It operates like a well-oiled machine, suitable for 1-3 night stays. For extended visits, I'd look elsewhere.
