A lovely hotel in the great location, in the heart of Kazimierz in a short walking distance of many fantastic restaurant

It was very nice, clean and located very close to restaurants which we wanted to go to.

It was a bit warm in the room at night and I could hear the air con but switched it off and was able to sleep then.

Don't choose the rooms with bathtubs. Poor management. Smelly rooms and corridors during meal hours.

Employees were nice.

On our arrival, we found out that the bathtub was leaking. Maintenance team wasn't on site anymore, so the girl from the reception had to check everything on the behalf of the manager, with towels etc, to confirm the leakage (leakage that was due to poorly made silicon joints). They "upgraded" the room, a bigger one, but without any bathtub, so in the end it has been more of a downgrade than the opposite to us. Met the manager guy the following morning, explained the situation and just replied with a condescending tone : "OK what do you want?". He offered two cheap arrival drinks at the bar (we could choose among lemonade, beer, coffee) and a breakfast that we didn't take, because honestly all the floors were smelling of the kitchen, and the smell wasn't very good anyway. Zero recommendation for this hotel, just hope that the clerks working there will find a better job, under a better direction.

Disappointed and frustrated

While at this hotel I got salmonella poisoning I informed the hotel and they weren't interested, all test are destroyed after 4/5 days. How convenient and all test are done In polish and can't be translated into English

Everything was just perfect! I really appreciate the staff at the reception, all od them are very helpful and kind. The hotel has got a perfect location and the rooms are very clean. Thanks for everything :-)

Superb experience all round.

We were very pleased with this hotel, from the lovely reception staff to the maids and waiting staff. The decor throughout the hotel is of a very high standard and designed with comfort in mind. The breakfast was extensive both hot and cold with the welcome addition of Prosecco. Coffee was from a bean to cup machine and was excellent. The location in the Jewish Quarter was great with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The main square was an easy 15 minutes walk away.

Very good

Good location

The rooms were very comfy and the staff were always smiling

We booked 3 rooms, 2 standard and 1 deluxe for 7 nights. We were all placed on top floor which has skylights and little picture windows. Every other floor has nice big windows. We booked deluxe room which was nice but again no view and slightly bigger windows than standard but still very small.
