The hotel does not offer daily water bottles as other hotels ,the shampoo/conditioner small units are not enough, no balance weight available

Super excited

One of the best location in Athens. Central location but near to visit all the touristic areas by walking. Excellent staff, great food and breakfast. We arrived very early morning and they had ready our room this was really surprising. Near to restaurants and coffee shops. The area is unique and the hotel experience was one of my best ever. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel is located at perfect location, in a walking only area, just a few steps from Syntagma square. We have booked the Family room and is super spacious. The cleaning crew has done the amazing job each morning and have made refills of 2 still water bottles, 2 cokes and 2 orange juices free of charge. The staf is super nice and supportive. We have got a wine on the house while having a dinner at the lobby. Pizza and steak at the hotel restaurant is great.

The food selection for breakfast could be better. One type of sliced ham, one type of sliced cheese. The food rotations is very slow which means once we came for the breakfast around 8am the eggs were missing and the croissants were missing. When we have asked for the refill we have waited for 30 min to get it. One morning when we have asked for the egg refill the waiter has brought 5 eggs and it was 5 of us. So 1 eg per family member. The hotel was not crowded at all as it was December. This would be the only thing to improve for our stay. Everything else was perfect
