Surprisingly wonderful, comfortable. Felt safe and had everything we needed

Really comfortable beds Wonderful staff, each shift was just lovely Breakfast was great Convenient for train station, right outside of it

Only thing that could be improved was directions. Google didnt help much. If there was clear directions we couldve come up the escalator right at the door, instead we walked through the taxi rank in the rain.

The room was clean comfortable and convenient. Across the road from the main train station. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming .

good value for money and great location. would probably consider to stay again

it was great, good for what was paid, size of the room and the facilities were good and solid

the staff didnt refill the hand soap the first morning and didnt clear the dirty cups for example, we had to ask for it

Amazing hotel! Excellent location! Good value!

Amazing location! Good value on accommodation, very good breakfast and very accommodating hotel staff especially Wesam who is very helpful to us during our stay in Geneva. We will definitely comeback and stay here and recommend to our friends!
