Convenient location

Our room looks over a dumpster and delivery bay. We were waken up before 7am by dumpster trucks and delivery trucks. It was not pleasant at all.

Many of hidden irrelevant charges had been done . Like faislity fee . Also lodging tax . Besides GST PST. All these ripp off charges done by hotel is not legal. In order to have a fair business . These should be inform to customer well ahead. At this point this is illegal. Invoice I have is with me.

Fantastic hotel to stay at if you're in Montreal

Great hotel to stay at in the center of downtown Montreal. It's right next to the Bell Centre and some famous restaurants like Okeya Kyujiro. Everything from the reception, lobby, room and facilities are great as well. I highly suggest you take a look at the 12th floor's pool, spa and outdoor jacuzzi - it's a really nice setup that you can't easily find in other hotels.

Just a couple of nitpicks: I wish there were more hooks in the bathroom for the bathrobes/towels. It would be nice if there was a place to dry your swimsuit as well. The minibar could have had a little bit more stock too.

Close to bell center, many shopping centres, and Kettlemans bagels (a must try if youre near by) Valet service was excellent!

Changed towels/face cloths every other day, instead of daily.
