Superb

Great place, great location. Would recommend and would stay again if in Vienna.

Stunning property just a short distance from many Christmas markets.

Not used to the European multiple bed covers rather than one duvet covering the whole bed.

Poor

no water kettle. When asked, they gave me a leaked one. A leaking electric kettle. It was fortunate that no one got electric shock. The safe was not working. Asked to fix, but was never done. Staff were cool without smile.

Good location, staff untrained and inexperienced.

Value for money, quiet location.

Extremely insulting person at checkout. He tried to charge me another 100 for breakfast. When I told him I only went once for breakfast, the young (inexperienced obviously) receptionist presented to me a signed paper with my counterfeit(!) signature and insisted it was either mine or my wifes. He would not believe me. He only apologized at our checkout, but I have never been treated as a liar in my 25 years of travelling. Hugely disappointed by that person specifically. Also, charging 3 to bring you the slippers in the room was extreme. They only changed our bed sheets once in 6 days after our request. The cards would have to be re-programmed 2-3 times and day. And we were careful to keep them away from the phones, as advised. Every time they changed the towels, at least one of them was dirty.

Perfect and smooth

1-staff, AMAZING, especially Mony she was amazing and so helpful and kind. The guy at the night shift was also very kind and helpful when my delivery at night went to the wrong address he called them and gave them the right one 2-room was clean and spacious 3-breakfast, the best ive had in europe so far 4- location is great close to everything and just 5 min wall to metro station and the Christmas market you can walk everywhere

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel within short walk of city centre. Comfortable room with good shower. Super friendly staff.

Coffee pod machine not working. Could do with larger towels in bathroom.

Centrally located, comfortable hotel

The location is great! Walking distance to many sites and close to public transport to other parts of the city. There are also restaurants and supermarkets close by. The rooms were comfy and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were on the top floor (6) and we found the rooms and hallways to be very hot. We could not adjust the heating and had to keep the windows open, which was sometimes not enough.

Restful stay near Vienna's Rathaus

This is a nice hotel in a very quiet street not very far from the Rathaus. Tramline 2, which connects to the heart of Vienna, is within 2 walking minutes. We have been delighted by the kindness of the personnel, especially at the welcome desk. Special acknowledgements to Anna ! Thank you all ! Our stay was restful and we enjoyed it very much.
