Good

Location was great and there is an easy going vibe in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.Sitting having a drink in the small bar room with fire going was a lovely way to end the day. Loved the historic features and feeling of the hotel. Nicely decorated for Christmas.

We didn't include breakfast in our booking but decided to opt for it first morning and it was expensive.

Great, charming hotel in a great spot.

Excellent service from the hotel staff, especially in ensuring we got the most out of the New Year's Eve celebrations in Bruges. An excellent location for exploring Bruges.

Disappointing

Pretty disappointing for the price

When I checked in, I gave a bank card for any additional charges and the receptionist put a 100 hold on my bank card without alerting or asking me, which I complained about and was told I would get it back 24 hours after checking out. 4 days later I still dont have my 100. Also our room wasnt cleaned during our stay.

The Hotel is perfectly located close to all the shopping attractions and the town square. We enjoyed taking walks and exploring the city. There was so much to see and do around the hotel. The management and staff were very accommodating.

Great stay, all very positive, would,highly,recommend

The location was perfect, the staff friendly and courteous as well as helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty with a good mixture of hot and cold food. The various seating areas around the hotel were cosy and the use of the sauna and steam room was a welcome bonus.

The bedroom was cold when we first arrived and it took a while to work out the heating but nothing major

Great Location hotel with lovely staff

Location was excellent - just a few minute walk into the centre of town. Breakfast was all you could eat buffet style & sufficient even for a veggie like me. Room was a bit quirky at the top of the hotel, but certainly had character.
