Wonderful hotel, perfect location and extremely friendly staff.

The location was prefect, beautiful old building and rooms were lovely.

The car parking fee was way too high! London prices! We used the NCP car park right opposite for half the price.

Good location and nice rooms.

The afternoon manager was making facial expressions about my partner with his colleagues and laughing behind our back as we walked through the elevator it and reception. My partner is a beautiful model which just made us feel very uncomfortable. Wont be coming back.

Hotel front of house are great. Housekeeping missed replenishment of tea tray and cleaning fridge

Bit tired for price. Curtain falling off rail, no proper mini bar and tea tray not replaced after first night

A lovely chic hotel just needs a little more structure to make a stay more relaxing

The hotel was quirky and had lovely decoration. The bedrooms were brilliant and very stylish. Our evening meal was excellent and the waiting staff fab and knowledgeable

The hotel was a collection of buildings knocked through, so most communal spaces and rooms were small. Checking in and checking out were chaotic and disorganised, as was breakfast. Due to the size of the reception and eating rooms, there were many people queuing across people eating and customers were clearly frustrated with the lack of space and structure. The staff were lovely but seemed to be very new or unprepared, and rabbits caught in headlights.
