Not very happy and comfortable.

The location is good.

The room is not very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has bad smell. The service is bad. The people worked in hotel is not nice and friendly.

Nice stay!

Good hospitality of the owner and employees of the hotel. They were nice and friendly to me. The owner gave me the information such as good restaurants and shops for local foods I had a good suggestion from him. Free parking and easy access to the centre of Siena, where the access by car is restricted.

The room was not equipped with mini-bar or mini-fridge. But it was ok if I didnt use it.

Really nice hotel just outside the city walls with comfortable rooms, great breakfast and really friendly staff!

The breakfast room has a marvelous view and the breakfast buffet was really good

Bathrooms are clean but may have a bit more attention in terms of maintenance here and there

Great family run hotel. Fabulous breakfast and view from the restaurant.

Excellent hotel to explore Siena. Large clean room. Great breakfast and view from the restaurant back to the city. Fabulous.

Tiny bathroom. And steep stairs but that is to be expected in many Italian hotels.

1. Good location. Easy to go to any attractions of Siena. 2. The staff is VERY friendly. 3. The view surrounding the hotel is awesome. Feel relaxed when you wake up with that view!

I couldnt list everything in this tiny square Disgusting Old dilapidated dirty filthy Mould and rust in the showers Room nothing like the photos Obviously bookings using fake photos Bed hard as rock and old tatty bedding Pool filthy looks like its never has a clean We left no way could we stay there it was absolutely disgusting
