The hotel rooms and showers are not very spacious, but they are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The hotel is great for families with big, clean (Read More) rooms. The staff is helpful and the service is good. However, the balcony doors are not soundproof and there can be noise from nearby hotels. Some guests had issues with extra charges for changing their length of stay. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.

Definite recommendation!

Everything!! Staff were incredible! Wow, what a team! They made me feel at home, every day, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast was delicious! Location is great, far away from any noise but close enough to walk almost anywhere needed. Provided transport when needed. My room was massive, clean and comfortable. I loved everything about my stay here!

No complaints! None! Not even one.

A comfortable place in Lakeside Pokhara

The hotel is in a very convenient location very close to the main tourist street but in a side street that made the place quiet. The reception staff were very helpful, nice and professional. They provided advice and recommendations for our plans of visiting interesting places. Breakfast was fine, although considering that the majority of guests during our stay were Europeans it could be less "local" and more of European breakfast. The pool was available outside but we did not have time to use it. Overall a satisfying stay at a well managed and comfortable hotel.

2500 - 3000 is reasonable , little bit more expensive compared to facility

Superb

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Facilities were good, we ate in the restaurant and food was nice and well prepared. Staff were the best - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant, always checking if everything was fine for us.

Bathroom a little tired but fine and very clean.
