Very good

Decent hotel for the price in a convenient location with good facilities. The rooms are good but basic and very small so not a place to hang out in for longer periods. Fine for brief stops to sleep and shower.

Location is good, room is tiny small but staff is very helpful and friendly

Location is good, with access to many F&B places. They had a new year celebration with free flow of nice sake and lion dance performance.

Surrounding area can be very dirty with rubbish dotted the streets.

Good location but won't stay again

Location was very central

Had an issue with our room smelling like cigarettes, and then another issue with the next room which I won't mention, after that we didn't have any problems with the rooms. However the hotel concierge was really unhelpful and led to one of our worst days of travelling, very clueless.

A very convenient, fun place to stay in funky Shinjuku.

Loved its location, proximity to Shinjuku station and the Godzilla theme.

The beds were very small for two people to share and unfortunately the Godzilla statue was closed.

Easy to find in big city

Good size room great location easy to find and everything was walkable. They had thought of everything from umbrellas to extra phone chargers it was convenient well maintained room.

We liked the hotel room, their service and the short walking distance to the train station.

The room was spacious for Tokyo and has all the amenities you need. We booked a twin room for a family of three and it was spacious enough to sleep for all of us once we pushed the beds together. The Godzilla was the main attraction for our child, even though the terrace where Godzilla is located was closed for safety reasons. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Since the rooms are located on higher floors the views are fantastic.

The room didnt come with breakfast, what we highly appreciated after trying their breakfast restaurant Sakura. The food there was terrible and it was overcrowded. There are a lot of breakfast options around so dont bother to go to Sakura. When traveling with kids please keep in mind that the area is not only an amusement area but its also a red light district. It can get a bit rowdy and some restaurants do not allow kids in since they have smoking areas.
