    The location is quite good, although not very close to the city center, we could walk there and back. It takes about 45 minutes. If you arrive by car, it is very easy to find the hotel. The room is good. Clean. Bed and pillows are great (for those who love them harder). The staff is great, no complaints. Breakfast is average. Not very good omlet though, but satisfactory selection of sweets. Good coffee. Very friendly girl serving breakfast. Very good dinner. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
    The only thing I did not like at all was the power of the water in the shower.

    There was not air condition in spite you mentioned that there will be a/c. As a result, we could not sleep. They provide us with a fan which helped a little but did not not solved the problem.. tbe manager wanted to credit us for this night but as I made the reservation thriugh you, she wrote to you to confirm my complaint. I expect you to take care of the credit we deserve to receive after the horrible night we had go through. If you had mentioned that there is no a/c, i would have chosen another hotlel.

    It is a good place to explore Siena and the surrounding area.
    it was comfortable (especially the bed) and very clean, the staff was also very friendly and helpful.
    The bathroom needs some renovation.
