Good value for money in the city centre

The location is simply excellent! The rooms are also good size and have all we needed (electric kettle, coffee machine).

Some of the rooms are very noisy, so we asked for anotheer one. The staff also had to be repeatedly reminded to replenish things like the cofffee cartridges for the machine, tea bags, toiletries, etc.

staff at front desk is very friendly and the person who supports in collecting parcels are very helpful too

in general is quite a traditional design/old design of the structure or room but overall stay is still very comfortable and the location is handy.

Amazing

Hotel Equatorial has always been my first choice when coming to Shanghai. The location is super convenient. It is right by Jing an Temple and have 3 metro lines that can take you anywhere. Exit 12 from Jingan temple takes you directly to the hotel that you dont even need to walk outside if its rainy or too cold! The hotel staff has always been super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone no matter staying for work or leisure !

Very good

Just a good and relaxed stay.

Breakfast was abundant. Something for everybody. Room with City View to the Temple, loved it. Great place to sit at night and chat. Swimming pool is huge. Fitness place also big and not crowded. All in all, I would go there again. Ohh yes, the massage for 450 Yuan was great. Very clean massage place.
