Superb

I liked that it is near Kyoto Station. Breakfast choices were delicious. Bed and pajamas were comfortable. I also like the segregation of waste from source and the room cleanup dependent on the occupant. The laundry stations, vending machines, microwave, and ice machine were very convenient but were in high demand. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the station, so it's very convenient. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The triple room I stayed is too small for comfort. There is hardly any room left for to open our luggages.

Great location, but a lot to wish for.

Location was fantastic

Small rooms with tiny bathrooms could barely sit on the toilet without knees touching the wall. Looked under the bed and there was a 1cm layer of dust. Only heating but temperatures were 20 outside. Needed cooling aircon to sleep. Slept with window open and lots of noise.
