Great 3 day break in Paris, great location

Hotel in good location, nice part of Paris, close to many famous landmarks or within easy reach by the metro only 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Bed comfortable

The rooms were small and the wardrobe doors very annoying as due to the odd shape constantly banging the bottom of the door on your legs when opening

Much to expensive for what it is...

staff was very helpfull

Spa very old and dirty. Rooms are all with carpet. Very expensive for what it is. At breakfast you could not even ask or pay for some fried eggs

The reception kept me purposefully waiting when I wanted to check out and had a plane to catch and spent time laughing whilst I was waiting. This is not acceptable.

Superb

Lovely staff, comfortable room, good location

Excellent staff who spoke good English. Super location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the hotel. 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Close to Metro station. Breakfast lots of choise and fresh. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Very clean.

Not worth the money, but in a nice and safe area.

The sauna and pool were nice. The staff was also nice.

The room (standard double room) was extremely small and not at all functional. We were two persons in the room but it would have been small even for one person. You had no place to hang your coats, not any hanger on the empty hall-wall, except a very very small dresser. You could choose to hang two coats there and that was it - we had to leave all the other clothes in our luggages. The luggages hardly fitted near the bed, everything was tight.

The hotel was very clean. The pool and spa facilities were nice to use after a long day

We ordered room service and received inedible food. It could not be called food. Very tiny pots that were called cottage pie and lasagne, accompanied by hard bread. Came back one day and cleaners had broken the flush so we were moved to a room that had twin beds rather than a double bed. Staff appeared to be annoyed when asking about anything. Cards demagnetised for half of stay even though they were nowhere near objects that would demagnetise.

A member of staff entered our room whilst we were asleep early morning. The hotel promised to compensate us yet have now started to ignore our emails after saying theyll get back to us. Totally unacceptable and poor management
