Disappointing

Very bad experience

The facility didnt provide any packing for me. It was the most frustrating experience I ever had. I drove from New Jersey with my family of 8. Upon arrival at Edison Times Squares on 30December , I couldnt be helped with the packing and was told by the security to find place to pack my 15seater mini Bus. Inspite of the fact I couldnt find any packing around Times Square for 3-4 hours, the management of Edison Hotel still went ahead and Charged me for the 2 rooms even though I didnt take them. They refused to refund me and cancel the booking arrangement due to the circumstances we were faced with. I will appreciate it if the Hotel can refund me the money.

A very unhappy customer. I would never come back to Hotel Edison

Location. Its close to all key attractions.

The rooms were so small. The AC didnt work in one of our rooms. Grab & go breakfast not really ideal, very limited options which translates to eating the same food over and over. The fact that there is no proper & welcoming lounging space for guests within the establishment was so disappointing. The amount of money you pay is truly not equivalent to what is on offer. The staff were not very friendly.

Without hesitation, I will stay at The Edison on our next trip to NYC!

Location was AMAZING! The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to accomadate us.

It's an older hotel, but the charm makes up for the "vintage" room!

Superb

Our stay was a good, we enjoyed the location, friendliness of the hotel staff and hotel restaurants.

Location was excellent for close access to Times Square, fine dining and shopping. Upon check in we did not like our intiial room assigned to us, nor the 2nd choice room. However the manager on duty and the front desk agent, sorry I can't remember their names! They were very helpful, understanding and patient with us.The manager in duty eventually showed us a room which was very much to our liking and which we felt more happy and comfortable with!

The only disappointment was the content slamming of the room doors which jolted us out of sleep a few times.

Taking a shower and using the bathroom was all in one . No bath tub to contain the water from the shower.
