We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden Roc. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful. Location is great. The room was spacious, comfortable and has a fabulous view.

Our only complaint was that the pillows were very uncomfortable. Strange for such a high end hotel.

Awesome views, friendly staff, room sizes. All the staff were amazing. Pascal made us feel like he truly appreciated our visiting his town. I wish I got more names while I was there because there are so many of the staff I could rave about.

Overpriced but Positano is a tourist trap.

Great view from the room balcony and bar/restaurant. Drinks at the bar are creative and pretty.

Upon check in, I asked about the gym because Im in the middle of marathon training. The friendly desk employee that showed us to our room told me that there was a gym with a treadmill. The next morning when I went to the desk to ask where the gym was, the man asked me if I have a reservation. Confused, I said no. He said I had to have an reservation but it was currently empty so I could use it. When he took me to the gym I asked him to clarify, if only one person could use the gym at a time. He sarcastically asked me if I thought that 5 rooms of guests could fit all at once. I said ok so no one else will come in here while Im in here? He said correct. 5 minutes later, two more people came in. After my workout I went back to the desk and told this to Stefano. (Made sure to get his name.) He said that they didnt know the rules. Hotel concierge needs to inform guests of this bizarre rule upon check in; and more importantly, not be RUDE to guests. Beds were not very comfortable and dirty - found a hair and blood stains.
