Perfect Location for a short stay

Perfect Location, around 7min by foot to Lucerne Old Town. For a short stay its okay.

The Hotel is a little outmoded. It had already seen better days.

Overall it was nice stay. Staff was really friendly and super helpful.

The property is in the central of the city. 10 min walk from the station. View is beautiful. They upgraded our stay which was really nice of them. We stay in 504 that has balcony view.

The breakfast should have some more options. But overall it was good experience.

Awesome comfortable stay

Free transit tickets, good location, excellent breakfast, stored our luggage no problem, we had a balcony, comfortable beds, USB outlets

Could be cheaper, but so can everything in Switzerland :)

Good experience

Hotel is quite near from the train station. Along the way from train station to hotel, you can already see the Chapel bridge. Breakfast is good. We like the Croissant. The bed is comfortable. There is no kettle in the room but there is hot water at the lobby.
