    A very pleasant stay in a lovely city. The hotel was only 3 star but felt better quality than this
    It was clean and staff were efficient and helpful
    Room overlooking interior courtyard which air conditioning is a little noisy, also other guests can be noisy during the night. An outward facing room wouldnt have this

    The rooms are stinky we booked two rooms we told them and they said they will make some special cleaning but it was still smelly and we asked to change my kids s room they offered another one which is much better but also our other room was smelly the furniture is old and our room was in the second floor so the street noise is so loud we asked for late check out the woman in the reception was so rude to answer for our request.definitely will not be back to this hotel

    The hotel provided a varied breakfast. Despite the room being small, it had a traditional charm. Its location within walking distance of the main tourist attractions was an advantage.
    I encountered a significant issue with parking during my stay. I had prepaid the parking fee to the hotel and parked in the location the staff had directed me to. However, I later discovered that the designated parking lot was not affiliated with the hotel, leading to an additional charge for parking. Although the hotel eventually refunded the initial parking fee, the resolution process was prolonged, and the staff's unfriendly demeanor was disheartening. What added to the frustration was the inconsiderate attitude towards foreign guests, like myself, who were not fluent in Spanish or English. Despite the inconvenience caused by the hotel staff, there was a lack of apology and a sense of disregard, as if our concerns were unreasonable. The return of the parking fee seemed more like a reluctant concession than a genuine effort to rectify the situation. The overall attitude and handling of the issue by the hotel staff cast a shadow over my impression of Seville, and it is unfortunate that such a lapse in service awareness and professionalism marred an otherwise enjoyable trip.

    Location and the orange juice
    I dont recommend and I would never go Bach to this hotel. - the rooms were very smelly, we had to change our room, and even the second room had a very strong smell. - the rooms are very dark, has almost no lights and the only window in the room was very small. - the guy in the reception was very rude at all the time we needed something. - the staffs need a proper training, They dont know how to deliver customer service. I felt like they were paying me to be there.

    location was very good, front desk people were very helpful, view from rooftop pool was super cool even in the winter. Instant coffee available in the room. Daily room clean up provided.
    rooms were very small, breakfast was on the pricey side. view of inside rooms were for a ventilation shaft which was unpleasant!
