Good stay, guests stayed at the place need to be briefed about keeping the place cleaned tidy.

Tourist hotspot, helpful staff.

Dining room/tables didnt look hygiene enough. Guests should be briefed at check in about attitude towards keeping the place clean and tidy.

Good location for food, drinks and nightlife.

Although not situated near the Malioboro, train station or Kraton, the location was good. The street offers many restaurants and cafes as well as nightlife.

The bathroom really needs some TLC. It was clean but very worn out.

Overnight in a standard location

The hotel area is spacious and there is a swimming pool which is suitable for children and families. The facilities provided for standard rooms and bathrooms only.

I booked the Diana Hotel on Booking.com and I filtered the price as including breakfast, but after I executed it, it turned out that the price did not include breakfast. I only found out about this when checking in. The hotel location is relatively far from culinary centers, Indomaret, Alfamaret, including ATMs.

Worst hotel stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The outdoor area is nice. *If you want to have a good hotel stay, I don't recommend this place*

- Once we arrived in the room, it was extremely filthy, obviously not cleaned before us (or before/after anyone in a long time). We had to wipe over the top of the furniture more than once. - We asked the cleaning staff to come clean the room. They came with a dirty mop and a broom and swept out a large pile of dust but the rest furniture or bathroom weren't touched. - The bathroom is hideous, very dirty, old, and broken. It is also tiny with a sink that is barely useable. (It was so dirty we showered with slippers on) (we didn't even take pictures of the filth) - The water from the AC drains into a corner in the bathroom which makes a horrible smell, and also lead to cockroaches and mosquitos in the room. - The door for the bathroom was also broken, and the handle fell off. - You have to ask for housekeeping, otherwise changing towels, etc. Won't be done. - Very noisy! The pool hours are meant to be between 7am and 9pm. By 6am there were already a bunch of people and children shouting inconsiderately and the hotel management did nothing regarding this. This was very annoying and uncomfortable. - On our last day, a large group of people arrived for a gather which started at 6am and continues for several hours, with music, microphone, shouting, and they were also sitting on our porch and left drinks on our table. - The bed was uncomfortable, who knows how old the mattress is.

A beautiful joglo reception hall with a little swimming pool

The staff are relatively well trained. I like the lobby.

The TV did not work and electricity outlook did not work either, even causing blackout. They fixed it next day. I was moved to a huge suite room, which has a bathtub, Bathtub, on the other hand, always had mouse poop by the evening.
