Location

More suited to an apartment rather than a hotel. Kitchenette would have been perfect. Fold down beds broken and uncomfortable.

Disappointing

Noisy and bad value for money

The location was nice

The hotel is very noisy!! Also the staff is dishonest because they promised to refund the difference as we asked to change room (it was a communicating room) if they managed to book our previous room, they did manage to book it and never refunded us and said in the end they cant do it.. Liars!!

Good location, fine for two nights

Location was perfect! Very central to all the attractions: Duomo, Santa Croce etc. Even the station was only a 15 minute walk

No elevator We were promised a room with a view on the Duomo but instead got a room with a view to a narrow ally looking into someones home. One shutter did not close (the latch was missing).

Location was excellent.

The room was in need of some maintenance. Some poor finishings like broken light switches and patches on the wall that could do with some paint. Room was quite noisy at night with poor soundproofing on the windows.

A fantastic pre-Christmas city break

Based in an amazing old building. Fantastic central location. Friendly staff.

There are a lot of steps to the location of the lift, based on the first floor.

Very good

Greatest nature and sightseeing opportunities but comfort and convenience got compromised at time.

The property location was excellent. The property level of cleanliness is great . The furniture condition was good quality and we felt comfortable using it. The staff share a list of tours and help you booking it as well as a list of best restaurants and help guide to any place you like to go like the laundry. Cake shops to celebrate my birthday etc.

The room size was small. The lighting was terrible. The bathroom light was better than the room light. The lift was far away from the ground floor and you have to climb so many steps to reach the lift. It was extremely slow as well. The fact that there isnt a coffee machine in the room although there is one at the reception. The fact that Florence has poor taxi service in general. However, were lucky that the taxi came to pick us on our last day even though there was a strike on that day. People attitude in general can be off putting at times.
