Not the treatment I expected for a 4 stars hotel

Rooms are nice, specious and well decorated.

Really bad experience considering we didnt have our beds blankets changed (we left the room for 2 hours, so apparently there is no communication within the staff). They have a sign saying we are green, if you leave the towels on the rack we will not change them. We did it, but they changed they. This makes me wonder if they are only greenwashing. I booked this place because they said there is a gym, but when arrived this was not accessible and no communication was made. They told us only there, and they offered to find a gym to go where I should have paid. Finally, during breakfast we had to chase after the waiters just to have a coffee. It seemed we were like unwanted guests. Overall bad experience and absolutely not valuable for the money paid by far!

The hotel has been recently renovated with a very nice stile. Room are spacious and well decorated. Service is very good. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant.

Unfortunately there isnt a parking available at the hotel.

Room with balcony and large modern bathroom was a plus. Excellent breakfast. Lovely location.

A staycation in the Paradise of Rome

We were upgraded so we started our staycation with a wonderful surprise. Everything surpassed our expectations. The room had a huge balcony with a wonderful view on St Peter. We had breakfast in the lovely garden of the hotel and we were spoiled for choice at breakfast. The area is very well connected with the historical center. You can jump on bus 52 and reach the Parliament area( everything will be walking distance from there ) in 5 to 6 stops. The location of the Hotel is in the Parioli area that is to say the most exclusive area of Rome. If you wish to visit Rome and live the life of locals this is the place to go. Lucrezia, April and the other members of staff are really kind. polite and fluent in different languages. What a place!!! We cannot wait to go back

Breakfast was great!!!!

The biggest disappointment was the second day when I did not use the lockbox and left a small credit card case with cash in my suitcase. I was taken by the afternoon. Several hundred american dollars. It was my fault for not using the lockbox because I couldn't figure it out.

Great place to stay

Everything was very good. Very nice and helpful stuff. Great breakfast. Very beautiful area. Although the hotel is located little bit further from main attraction points, the public transportation is in reach of few minutes and we didn't feel much problems with it.

There is not much to complain about.

Breakfast is nice

Unfortunately, this was the first time I felt compelled to leave a negative review. My experience was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room was subpar, with cleanliness issues and excessive noise. Additionally, the shower's erratic temperature changes were frustrating. The other hotel I stayed at in Rome was significantly more pleasant, despite its room also being outdated.
