Excellent. Would visit again!

Hotel is clean and modern - really beautiful. Rooms are stunning! Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and close to the train station. Really awesome. Loved it.

We were asked for a hold on a credit card for the minibar. We do not own a credit card so it was a bit of an inconvenience for us. We had to draw cash from an ATM. All this is unnecessary, especially if not communicated prior. Its not clear in the room how to call front desk. And it would be good if we could access streaming services from the TV.

Little offer diversity in the breakfast. Layout of the bathroom is cumbersome, and water runs out of the bati into the floor.

Very good

Great location, next to the central station but not noisy. Free transportation ticket for the guests. Large TV in the room.

The bathroom/shower is not well designed. Water kept leaking from the shower door.

Stylish, but lacking in substance

Lovely staff. Great location. 6 mins walk from Geneva Station. In the centre of the multicultural hub. Plenty of restaurants (probably too much choice). Rooms are spotless, and decorated to a high standard

I paid for an upgraded room, which really didn't seem that different to my original booking. Space seems to be the issue, with very little in the way of wardrobe storage. Also, 25 CHF for two bars of chocolate and a small bottle of Evian from the mini bar isn't going to endear you to guests.
