Excellent location near train station, restaurants and shops.

Our second stay at this hotel and would definitely go back again in the future. Rooms were clean though the design of our room made the entrance a bit tight, also shower head was located at the side rather than at the front making taking a bath harder (note this was not the case for our daughter's room). Location is excellent, just across the street from Geneva Train Station and metro/bus stops as well. Restaurants and shops are plenty nearby as well.

pillows a bit too soft/thin. Beds also kept moving.

Very good

A clean and functional hotel right near the action in Geneva.

This property is near the railway station which is incredibly useful to get to anywhere around Geneva and to/from the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff cannot do enough to help you.

Disappointing

Good location close to the station. Place is clean.

Of course I should have expected it, but the place was very noisy. I'm not sure why it has so high ratings. But basically you can hear the trams quite clearly and i could not sleep because of it.

Superb

Excellent locations, comfortable room with a great view and extraordinary staff

The staff was excellent, they worked magic to solve any problem I presented them with, though I didn't have many problems as it is a well run hotel.

Had initial problem with wifi but was quickly resolved

Great location

-The location take one minute from train station, very good! -Breakfast is great with good views at 8/F, quiet a number of food choices

-The room is a bit hot even the outside temperature is -1 - The waitress of breakfast restaurant is not very nice - The floor is not clean -bed is not comfortable
