Exceptional

We stayed at Clover as part of our honeymoon trip. We chose the Jacuzzi room and it was an incredible stay. The room has all the facilities that you need, and the outdoor jacuzzi was a big plus to the overall experience. The staff were very welcoming and were kind enough to decorate our room for our honeymoon. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Bangla Road, but do not worry, it is very quiet at night and you do not hear any outside noises. We would definitely visit again.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good.

The hotel had a green program which we decided to follow. According to the arrangement the staff was not going to clean your room for two days in return for a vaucher to use at the pool. However , after the two days we asked for a clean check and new towels , when we returned after the supposed clean , nothing was changed. For 4 days , the staff did not change our bed sheets, did not brought us new toilet paper or even cleaned the room. Its unevceptable for 4 star hotel.

Great if you want a central location in the middle of it all

Perfect location on the island. In the middle of everything. Nice pool area.

Not the best value considering how much it cost. Breakfast very average, we skipped it most of the time.

The stuff over there fabulous specially Lulu she was my soulmate and Angie she was helpful

Very good

Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely comeback next time

- Excellent Location. - Nicest hotel staff I have ever seen. - Great swimming pool on the rooftop.

- have to take your laundry to the reception and pick it up by yourself. - need to double check the cleanliness of towels before placing them in the room as I saw stains on them a few times. - breakfast options are limited (need to add a few more continental options).
