Exceptional

Very clean, no mold at all. Room is small but comfy and stylish. Bed is good to sleep in. Staff is nice. Location is great, close to metro and restaurants (also great vegan restaurants nearby!)

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed in this hotel. This should should how much we have enjoyedviur stay. Check-in was great and efficient the last 2 stays all because Carole. We booked triple and double rooms snd she made sure our rooms were adjacent which added to our enjoyment. Our rooms were always clean when we got back to the hotel and that was due to Ah Toh. He is a great representation of your hotel. Always smiling and greeting whenever we met in the hallway. The location of the hotel is the best attraction. I love Joo Chiat road. You get different neighborhoods as you walk down the road. There is a lot of restaurants and food courts plus a supermarket close buy. The room is what I expected at the price I paid. Bed is comfortable ti my standards. Small but workable.

Very good!

The staffs here always smiled with me. I came to Singapore for a business trip but I did not bring my iron. They lent me an iron with an iron table for 6 days without any problem. There are many food courts and restaurants nearby. I will come back here if I have chance!

My room had no windows because I booked late and there was not any left.

Stayed one night during our transit to Bali. The hotel and the room were very clean and tidy. The location was 25 minutes away from Changi Airport, so it was an ideal location for our stay. The staff were very friendly.

It was very expensive for a single-night stay, but it is acceptable as all the Singaporean hotels are very expensive. The room was very small even though we had a room with a window.
