Good location

The location is perfect.

I find it strange that the hotel does not service rooms...clean, make bed, throw out rubbish bins... also, no hot water to shower in the morning and I had to ask for a bar fridge- which they then provided.

Superb

Fantastic location, at the heart of Ella. Very convenient for hikes and for getting meals. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The rooms were a good size and the views of the tea gardens from the back balcony was great. Overall a fantastic stay.

Hot water in the shower stopped working the second night. The fan was extremely loud and had to be shut off at night in order to sleep. The bed was very stiff.

They didn't inform us that the hotel is out of service for repair. We had to wait 20 mins in the hotel lobby so that we got the information. They tried to show me a room that has not been cleaned since a while with no guarantee of water or electricity. I booked another hotel and left.

The location is very convienient as its located in the heart of the town. Just hop step and a jump to the main town.

Though hotel staff helped us to find parking slots. Yet, parking ia a bit of a problem. Checking process was bit messy.

They didn't give us a room at first and they told me all the rooms were booked. I booked my room like 2 weeks beforehand, also I've received my confirmation email. After a while they gave us a room that's not the one I've booked and they didn't have any facilities that they have mentioned.
