    I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel for a birthday retreat. While I appreciate the effort put into ensuring a comfortable stay, I feel compelled to provide feedback on a few aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Firstly, despite informing in advance about the purpose of my visit as a birthday retreat, I did not receive the expected level of hospitality. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that there was no special acknowledgment or arrangement made to mark the occasion. During check-in, I found myself with several luggages and bags and was alone. Unfortunately, no assistance was offered, and I had to manage on my own, dragging everything to the room. This lack of assistance made the check-in process less than ideal and left a less favorable impression. Furthermore, I noticed that the soundproofing in the room could be improved. I could hear water flowing through the pipes, which affected the tranquility of the space and impacted the overall relaxation I was hoping for during my retreat.

    Excellent beyond words. Trust me no regrets. Worth every penny!
    I like the comfort of the room as it is spacious and clean. View of the room was very nice with top level view of the city. Facilities were top notch. Design was also very friendly for me. Staff was efficient as waiting time Is minimise. I hope the price of the room will stay competitive so that I can stay in hotel cham everytime I visit taipei.

    The room was spacious and daily housekeeping did a marvellous job in keeping our rooms clean. The hotel is near to eateries and Banqiao MRT and HSR station.....all in one station. The staff let us have late check out till 12.30pm.
    The hangers in the room were not practical as they cannot hang towels.

    Pleasant stay, would recommend.
    Room was clean and spacious. Managed to open up 2 big sized luggages in the room and still had room to move around. Toilet was big and clean. Water cooler was available outside, with hot and cold settings. Nice view of the city. Location was great, near malls and metro and HSR station. Nice seating area available at the lobby.
    Lobby was a bit small, felt very cram especially during check in and check out. Signage to the metro station was a bit confusing at first, but after a while it was very easy to familiarise and travel around.
