Short stay in Bolongna
Location was good for shopping and Christmas markets.
Found staff unhelpful and they had great difficulty ordering taxi's. At one point, we were told they were not allowed to order taxi's.

great location! Right in the center of things. Was able to walk everywhere. Great breakfast and good service.
When we got off the elevator we had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs to our room.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city and very quiet and comfortable room.
Very comfortable room, nice bed and linen and very very clean.
There was no sufficient room service and there was no possibility to have a coffee or a drink anywhere in the hotel.
