Would definitely return.

Great view. Helpful staff. English speaking. Lovely beds and soft pillows. Large room. Good location. Room service. Good restaurants. Convenience store.

Children allowed to run around making noise on the floor. Doors to rooms not soundproof. Would have liked clear instructions on how to find hotel from the Shibuya Station when I sent message asking how to get to hotel. I was only told it was accessible from the station. Given there are multiple exits from the very large station and there are building works underway, our arrival after a long day of travel was unnecessarily frustrating.

Well located near Shibuya Station. A very decent hotel.

Bad value for money. It is a decent 4 star hotel though not 5 star. The rooms were disappointing relative to what was advertised - ie the pictures are misleading and the bed is smaller than expected. The fitness facilities and swimming pool is only open to over 18s - something that could have been made clearer as we travelled as a family and were disappointed to not all be able to use it.

Good stay for solo travellers wouldnt necessarily book for a family.

Well situated, clean rooms. Good size.

You had to pay for access to the pool, there was also no kids room and you had to pay for access to this as well. Its not very family friendly.

Great and comfy

I had a big room so it was pretty comfy and igarashi from the floor staff was extremely helpful. Kudos to her for helping with luggage and getting a taxi for us.
