Almost perfect, made perfect by helpful staff.

Bed, shower, staff, restaurant, extra large balcony. Staff arranged heater for me outside normal month.

No heating as standard in December, having to wear warm jacket in restaurant.

I don't mind stay over again, I feel this location is safe for the family as well to stay.

Average breakfast good price and service, Room was cleaned every day.Taxi service was available at front door when there was no internet. Lobby and rest area is fine.

There is no shop on same Plaza. Over price according to location.

I stayed on March 20-23. I stayed again on March 26-27. I was charged a higher rate for March 26-27. This was not fair. I request that the difference may be refunded to me.

They gave me the room with smell of cigarette smoking, and after that they were unable to gave me better room, room service is very slow, i ordered a bottle of water at 4am received at 4:45am with tea, i vista this hotel multiple times but this is the worst experience ever and i ll never visit this hotel ever in the future
